- Enquiries — anything you choose to tell us through the contact form or over WhatsApp.
- Account details — if you create an account, your name, contact details and the products you save to your wishlist.
We do not take card or bank details on this website. There is no online payment here: payment is arranged with you directly after we have confirmed your order.
How we use it
To confirm and fulfil your order, to answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of what we sold and to whom. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work — keeping your cart and your sign-in intact while you browse. There is no advertising or profiling cookie.
Sharing
We share your delivery details with the courier carrying your order, and nothing more than is needed for that. Messaging us on WhatsApp means your message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Your rights
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep.
