About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Royal Rider website and any order you place through it.

Orders

Submitting the checkout form places a request, not a completed sale. We save your order, then open WhatsApp with the details filled in. An order becomes binding only once we have confirmed the items, the final price and the shipping cost with you.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Pricing is per size, so each size of a product has its own price. Shipping is quoted separately when we confirm your order, and international orders may attract duties and taxes in the destination country, which are yours to pay.

Payment

There is no online payment on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us when your order is confirmed.

Product images and descriptions

Willow is a natural material: grain, colour and weight vary from blade to blade, so photographs are representative rather than exact. Ask us for pictures of the actual item before it ships — we would rather you did.
